1. Return Eligibility

- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain jewellery items may not be eligible for return or exchange.

- Products without original packaging
- Customized or personalized items
- Earrings and certain intimate jewellery items due to hygiene reasons
3. Return Process
To request a return:

- Share your order number and clear photos/videos of the product
- Once approved, return instructions will be provided
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes quality inspection
